The process are really high, but everything else was perfect!

Just got my truck a month ago, I am really happy with it. I was surprised that it was having issues with the washer fluid. But I am a happy customer they fixed the problem quickly.

My car was towed to the dealership on Monday, 10/3/22 for repairs. I called on Monday to discuss the arrival of my car and coordinate service. Tuesday, 10/4/22, my car was “in line” to be looked at by a service technician. When I called to check on the status of my car I was told that my car was still in line and had not been looked at. This was Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday, 10/5/22, I called at approximately between noon and 1:00 p.m. and was told my car was ready to be picked. I asked about picking up my car if service was closed. I was told it would be no problem…I could pick up my keys from the front sales desk until 8:00 Wednesday evening. Upon arrival Wednesday about 6:20 p.m. the young lady at the sales desk stated that she did not have any keys and could not help me and did not know how to get my keys since the service department was closed. I was told I could return Thursday morning. I asked about taking my car with my spare key and was told they were not authorized to release my car to me. I asked to speak to a sales manager. At that point I stated what work had been performed on my car and what I was told about picking up my car. The sales manager stated that he would try to reach the service manager who lived about 15 minutes away and see what he could do. He returned a few minutes later with my receipt and keys and walked us out. I am very disappointed with the service and care I’ve received this time. I love Kia and love my car. I’ve never taken my car to another dealership because I love the convenience of this location but I don’t like being put off and treated like it’s such a hassle to help me. I purchased my car at this location and had hoped to continue returning to this dealership for the life of the car. I will not be returning.
When I got in my car the passenger seat was laid back all the way because they changed the cabin filter, they had left a part on the dash that went on the filter casing. Also, the armrest was all dirty with greasy fingerprints, no paper mats in the floorboards as usual and they didn't wash it. I was surprised by the lack of attention. That's never happened before.
I was in a hurry and Sherman got me in and out quickly. Nice guy

The service department did a great job taking care of me and my car. Everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable, the facilities were clean, and the service was fast and thorough. I have no intention of getting my car serviced anywhere else. Thanks for everything you guys do!
