Eduardo went Above and Beyond in helping me today my wife and just had surgery should not be left alone for any extended period of time I spoke to Eduardo he let me know when the heart was in set up a time for me to come in and I believe he did the work himself can't do better than that. Your business model is to never return phone calls, whether the service advisor or the service manager. Waited over 5 months for a part to fix my car only to find out it had been in for a month. If it had been fixed when it came in, the windshield wouldn't have cracked, which now isn't covered. The service advisor did offer me a deal for 470 to fix my windshield, and then got agitated when I said satellite will do it for 370.

I recently paid $3000 to get the car painted and when i got my car back after this service, there were 2 decent size chips in the paint and black hand prints on multiple locations of the car. After paying $380 to get the valve cover replaced, I was expecting more car to be taken with my car.

I’m totally satisfied with the service however it was an attempted break in on my car which left damage to my car which I haven’t received an update if central Kia will repair the damage.
