All was ok. The only thing is that Paul didn't follow up with me on the drivers left rim and tire - I wanted him to check it out before the tire rotation and advise if I needed alignment. He didn't tell me anything at pickup, and hasn't responded to my follow up email. Please have him address this, thanks.

Paul was an excellent service adviser from my arrival until I retrieved my car! He greeted me with a warm friendly smile and hello while inquiring about the reason for my visit. Paul explained the steps that would occur for the required service for my vehicle! I appreciated his demeanor and attention to detail. Thank you Paul!

I have brought the car in 2x now for the doors popping and parts where ordered for one door. Called in and driver side door and driver side of car both doors where popping so they stated they ordered all 4 new parts for all four doors. 6 months later with no call about parts I called in for my oil change and the apologized and stated “they would do better” Came home after driver side doors where fixed still popping noise and the customer service just isn’t great like it use to be. I use to use Trey but he’s no longer there. He was amazing.
