I appreciate that the parts were charged on time and the service advisor responded promptly, but I’m upset about the finishing of the job. They didn’t clean the surrounding area of the changed parts. I found the stickers glue around the sunroof and dark spots inside. I felt that was not a professional job.

The people were pleasant and the work was done in an acceptable time frame. However about an hour after I got my car home, I received a call asking me to bring the car back because they “think they may have left a tool in my car”. When I brought the car back, they had me wait a few minutes in the waiting room instead of just having someone go out to my car to get their tool, which I thought was odd. When the tech came to give me my keys back, he didn’t know anything about a lost tool. He said they needed to confirm that they had torqued something properly. So it sure seemed like they made up the tool story to get me to bring it back without having to admit they had overlooked something. Before I brought the car back I looked throughout the car and didn’t find any tool.
