He was very helpful and skilled in his job duties. Very professional and even made sure the job was completed in a timely manner. We made small talk and e even gave me some helpful tips on home purchasing. I really felt appreciated and satisfied with the great services. I will return again.

If I take time out of my busy schedule to bring my vehicle in and get a service done that is scheduled … I expect that service to be done that we scheduled, especially if we already knew what the issue was and what part was needed the first time. Brought my vehicle in twice just to be told we need to order some part that’s on back order. If you knew what was needed the first time (manager said he did know).. why make an appointment to wast my time and tell me the same thing. And manager(the first time) actually told me that we would be fixing the problem which is why I made the appointment. Also I pay for insurance for cracked windshield that he could of took pictures of the first time I brought truck in but he didn’t . Sent me back home ( without taking pictures ) and said he would do it on the set appointment which I didn’t understand. Then when I bring it back now it’s not covered… because I was told it was more than 6 inches . Just fyi the crack was bigger (which happens typically if you have a crack and don’t fix it right away) when I brought it back as opposed to when I brought it in the first time … he could of took pictures then maybe it was less than 6 inches, if that was the rule. I don’t even understand why that would be a policy. So in other words I am not happy at all with my service which is a big change for me a this dealership.
I purchased my vehicle on 08/10/2021 (2016 Kia Optima). Within 60 days of having the vehicle, the battery died. I took the vehicle to a local mechanic, that’s when I found out that the battery was not any good. Now, I am having problems with the tires (It’s only been 90 days). I strongly believe they took advantage of me due to my lack of knowledge of cars. I wouldn’t never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle with you all.
