Brenton was awesome! I had an appointment for 2:00 and Brenton told me it might take awhile due to how busy they were. However, 48 minutes later, my car was ready.
I was not completely satisfied although I do understand the process. The service advisor Taylor was absent & the advisor who helped us wasn't sure we would get a rental.I had to ask what was next & where do I go. Being that I purchased a new vehicle I didn't feel the warm & fuzzy the process was out of order. Also the loaner vehicle was filthy they brought around for us to use. Inside the vehicle, in the trunk, & on the outside was filthy. I wasn't happy at all, I hope my next visit be a whole lot better because today I left Bob Boyte feeling like a question Mark. However they have an Awesome process, but today it was a little out of sync. Awesome job getting my vehicle fixed.
I thought $350 for spark plugs was excessive. This cost gave me pause. I was billed $431 for spark plugs and an oil change.
The door handle came off.
I clicked no because once they got done with my oil change my radio did not turn on when I cut on my car. They had to reset the car I’m going to see in the morning how it’s. Other than that everything was fine!

After I picked up my vehicle I got on the highway to run my errands. While
On the highway I kept hearing a scraping noise. I pulled to the closest Honda according to my location which was the Cannon Honda In Vicksburg and my oil filter pan was hanging because no one screwed it back up. That was very disappointing to find out because the guy said it could have been damaged.
Now, it was not but however I was very disappointed! I will continue service with you all but when the inspection is done when I receive my car things like that should be Checked! Us as consumers trust you all with our vehicles. Now Mr. Matt. Was very professional and great! Just double check the work.

My vehicle was serviced on a timely basis, vacuumed and washed. I have never had that done before on the last new car I purchased in 2012 from another dealer.
I have made several attempts to contact Gregory Scott concerning the work done on my Honda Pilot. Mr. Scott have not returned my calls. He assured me that if I had any questions or concerns to let him know.
Matt did an amazing job. I would recommend him to all my family.

Lewis was real nice. Great team at BBH. I feel the need to also mention the same guy was there that helped me last time. Maybe you have a record of what his name was as I don’t remember. However, if you can recall that information. That is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing work. He’s always in the best mood and a breath of fresh air for anyone who walks through your doors. He’s a shorter white male with dark hair who was at the desk behind Lewis. Give him a big ole Christmas bonus.
