From the moment I got out of my car and was greeted by Mr. Younger, I knew my experience would be good. He was very courteous, professional and excited. I use excited because many times service people are so routine in what they do. Mr. Younger however was different. It was as if he was about to service his own car. Everything he said he was going to do he did. There was also another young man who I guess was in training by the conversation. I was glad to see the mutual respect displayed. I have usually gotten my vehicle serviced at another dealership. However, I will be back.
