Let me start by saying I love the atmosphere there and usually when I come everyone is polite, but yesterday when my daughter was there cane to get her oil change, the service person that was helping her was a little rude. The service person was telling her all the other stuff that needed to be done to the car and my daughter just looked at her because I told her only get an oil change only because I left my card with her my daughter called me and told me the lady was rude, by holding the filters in her face saying “I’m just doing my job I have to let you know these things. So I called up there to see what all needed to be done to the car and will she send a list of things that need to be done with the receipt. The service person was also rude with me. I told her who I was and asked was she the person who helped her. She said “yes I am” and told me that she will send something and hurried me off the phone. Never had that experience before, love Bob Boyte Honda.
