The service department has always been consistent about making suggestions for items that require attention when the vehicle was brought in for scheduled service. It seems to me that your team is incapable or you all are not mentioning issues to get more future business. We recently had our 2013 Honda in for a oil filter gasket replacement due to a oil leak. Now, a couple weeks later we have noticed the oil is still leaking. The car was in your shop on yesterday and was determined that the oil pump gasket is leaking. Your service technician certainly seen or should have seen the oil coming from the oil pump given the location of the leak and what was being repaired. We have been loyal customers of your dealership and are now considering other options due to the lack of competence or underhanded dealing we are seeing.
We were just passing tgeough town when we had trouble and Lewis was extremely courteous and helpful and got us back on our way.
