Everything was handled very professionally. Not only did they service my car as requested, my car was also washed and vacuumed! Taylor did a great job from setting the appointment to checking me out. Great Job!

This was the longest wait for an oil change that I have ever had to wait—2 hours and 15 minutes! I had made an appointment, got there and checked in a few minutes before my appointment time, and still had to wait. Something is not right with that.

Gregory has assisted me on my last few trips to Bob Boyte. I really liked when the online service tool offered the option to select the service rep because I prefer Gregory. I wasn’t offered an option, when I scheduled online today, but was pleasantly surprised to find Gregory working!

Matt Shackelford did an amazing job communicating with me with regards to setting an appointment for the towing service to deliver my vehicle for evaluation, making contact with me as soon as possible to share the repairs and associated repair costs, working with the insurance adjuster for the estimate, seeking discounts to cover costs that exceeded the insurance estimate. My vehicle was returned clean and orderly. During the time that Honda had my vehicle, Matt kept in consistent contact with me and kept me informed. Also, Matt and the mechanic helped me to research an alternative solution to keeping my vehicle secure. My catalytic converter was stolen. Great customer service experience!!! Thank you Matt. ????????
