4 times I have been there with the same problem. I have paid over $400 and nothing is fixed. I really feel like you don’t care about my problem with my car. I can’t afford to rent a car when my car is there. Uber gets expensive. Good ladies in the office but for me customer service there is terrible. Finally, when I picked up my car, I noticed my dash was cracked. That was not done by me. I have pictures. Now I have to pay for that. I’m not happy and I know you don’t care.
