The job took longer than expected but that happens. The staff is very nice. This is simply a piece of advice. Get some sort of covered area outside for customers waiting because of Covid-19. Maybe a temporary tent or anything that is shaded. Thank you

I suffer with anxiety problems,an I was very concerned about staying in my car, I wanted a oil change. Malia quickly assured me that she would take care of everything, she directed me where to wait and she drove my car into the service area. The service was done in about 23 mins. Malia's customer service and care and the efficiency of the team members are what will bring more customers in and back.

I like the local style service. Very friendly and willing to work. Most places the mechanics are sour faced and not happy about doing the service. You guys were on it and it only took 14 minutes. I’m impressed and will return. If I could give you a suggestion, it would be to get better signage and post prices with the type of service.

It was great. Needed my windshield wipers changed. They were streaking and not working well. In 10 minutes I had new blades and I was out the door. The cost was reasonable. Overall good experience.

Waited almost 1 hour for an Express Oil Change
Jolynn checked me in. As the service was being finished, one guy asked if I had paid yet, which I hadn't. Instead of collecting payment, another guy directed me to the exit and sent me on my way. Only for Jolynn to call 20 minutes later to say they forgot to collect payment.
