Took truck straight to IMM found out longer tie Rod was not needed. Rack and pinion needed adjustment. Now have to redo alignment. Truck came out worst then went in.

Josh was really great….super nice, professional and all around solid representative. Unfortunately he had a high maintenance guest that took his attention for longer than normal, and the other 12 employees standing around never greeted, waved, acknowledged me. I then went inside to be told someone would be out there shortly, as if I was hindering her day. I would want to know this as an owner or manger to improve, but truly was a minor misstep, for otherwise great experience.
