My purchase and delivery went a little crazy. I was contacted by Shawn to have some agreed upon repairs done to the car. That also went a little crazy. Shawn and the other people at CAF went WAY above and beyond to get not only the agreed upon repairs done, but some other issues that arose during their repairs.

Don't know if service worked or not as we don't have vehicle yet.
Vehicle took a month or more to complete, also received my vehicle with no gas and “zero cruising range” on the dash, after they where done with the test drives.

If there was a man that was a cross between a viking and Zeus himself it would be Nicholas. He lightning bolted my tires from the summit of Mt Olympus with a whisper. The men who meticulously labored to install these blessed tires should be honerd and statues built.

Always good to talk to him and get the car in for work. Calls and keeps me informed on progress. He also takes the time and brings out the car after a car was looking like new.
It took nearly 3 weeks to have minor repairs done. There was no contact or updates from CAF for long periods during that time. I wish that I was offered a loaner for being without my vehicle for this long. Sean was not apologetic regarding the excessive wait time to get my vehicle back. This was not a positive experience and deters me from using CAF in the future.
