It was explained to me what the process was to check the battery. I dropped the truck off one day in afternoon. Next morning I received a call from shop saying battery was indeed bad. A new one replaced the old one and truck was ready. This battery situation was handled as smooth as I had hoped it would.

Follow up comment: I got zero satisfaction from office management, last time this happened, they said to come to them instead of making negative comment to Lincoln. Capital Motors management failed
