Crazy high priced oil chg…….wow, a not even a front floor vacuum like it was years before!!!! I can not afford ur service, or ur vehicles. Oh by the way bought new Mustang last August recently Nissan Frontier, so Capital could have earned my business.!

I'm in the habit of checking under the hood after having a vehicle serviced. I found the dipstick was not fully inserted. It was nothing major, just a minor oversight.
The aluminum undercarriage that is removed for an oil change lost fasteners as I was driving to Sioux Falls and was dragging on the pavement. This is the second time this has happened.
