All I can say is WOW! Khloe was very helpful and communicated with me very well. Also, when I first pulled up a gentleman named Tobias got me all checked in and was super kind. I was offered a shuttle service, which I took advantage of to kill time at Walmart. I can't remember the man's name but he was also very thoughtful and kind. This service department went above and beyond my expectations for customer service and communication. Thank you very much!!!
When I brought car in they me would I like a ride somewhere & said yes because I knew it was going to be a while but no one came in waiting to ask me where did I need a ride to so I just to myself I will just stay here because it was already 45 min. After waiting 3 hrs for my auto went to go check on it they said they were working on paper work still after waiting another hour notice our car sitting out front of dealership customer said it been sitting there for at least hour went ask a lady about she was very upset with the service center. I did appreciate the no charge for the service but my time met more to me because I had planned.

My car did not get returned to me at work at 2 like Kholey informed me, I then called at 2:30 to see what was going on and Ginger the girl that answered the phone was rude and said I don’t know if you care ma’am but the service manager is out due to his wife having a baby and another associate was out because they were sick which she needs to be coached about because you never make excuses to a customer, that is not the customers problem because your business does not have the staff to do the job. Ginger needs to be corrected on her attitude and the way she talks to customers. I bought the maintenance package when I purchased the car and today I cancelled it because the last 4 times I’ve had my car serviced there, I’ve had a problem getting my car returned back to me at my job. I am a nurse and my manger had to stop the clinic today so I could because I had to get my car from the dealership which if your company is going to offer that service then stick by it. I will never use your service department again nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from your company.
