I've always taken my car back to the dealership for service, but since Peltier bought the dealership, it has really become an entire professional group that act like they want to do a good job and really help you with your car issues and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

I took my car in for shaking while I was idle or parked. I got a call a few hours later saying it was the catalytic converter and a $1,700 repair. Also, we bought a extended Powertrain plus warranty only to find out this wasn’t covered. I picked the car up and took it to another mechanic. He pulled up not only the cats code, but there were 2 misfire codes for cylinder 2&4. The misfire is what was causing the car to shake and possibly damage the converter. So..I could have paid $1,700 to get my cats replaced only to pick it up and have it still doing the exact same thing. It seems your mechanic pulled the 1st and most expensive code & went with that. The misfires were never addressed and they had to have pulled up on the codes. I bought a pack of spark plugs for $28 and replaced them. The shaking stopped!! I can’t believe this is the service I get after buying a car and the warranty from Kia?? I was actually shocked at the lack of mechanical skill that was shown. We know better now. And this is Jena Burleson (the co-signer) but I’m the one that pays the note and drives the car and this is my number. Please address this issue with me

You charged me 155.00 and was to tell me everything wrong with my car You guys didn’t even know that what was making all the noise was a hose you guys wanted to charge me 3300.00 to fix it but I took it to a muffler shop and paid 265.00 for same thing you was gonna fix He is the one who found hose that was busted Last time I was in there 2 weeks ago you guys told me I had a leak in my oil pan This time you never even said a thing about it. I took it 3 places all said no leak I even Had to ask for a car wash that they put on my paper that they done
