Ever since my car got the radio replaced it been having issues like turning off while I’m driving . I get car wash all the time now they just half way do the wash …when it comes to making appointments no one answer the phone , but stand around and have pointless conversations . I’m just not satisfied . Very disappointed

I was more than satisfied with everything from my call setting up my appointment, by the way I was treated when I got there to them being very informative on what they were doing and the process and what needed to be fixed in my car.Aristeo was very knowledgeable of the process and explained even what needs to be done in the future to keep my car at its best potential.Great Job Aristeo and Kia of Tyler crew.I give 5 stars.I will recommend Kia of Tyler and we be back for future services.

Dealer tried to say they recommended an alignment on a $15k mile car. When I asked why, the reply was Tyler roads. Also quoted $60 on a cabin air filter I can buy for$22. Lastly some random sales guy came through asking people what their current payment was . I have 2 new vehicles from this dealer and normally felt good when leaving. This time, I felt pissed off.
