Howard Ramsey was very professional and courteous. I have a question however. I was told that the rear wheels needed to be aligned but I received a 4 wheel alignment. How did the service department know that I needed a wheel alignment? And shouldn’t a tire rotation be included when a wheel alignment is performed? Thanks again for a speedy recall performance.
Haward Ramsey was very nice and explained everything that was going to be done to the car and had it done in the time he said it would be ready.
Hello Howard. I have to bring my car back. There is a clunking sound in the steering wheel that was not there before service was done. Might have something to do with wheel alignment not done completely. I'll be in touch soon.
