No communication whatsoever from Christian. Myself and the other managers will call and leave voicemails with no reply and also when emailing, we have to send follow up emails to get an answer from the first email. Often times we wait maybe two weeks before getting any contact with Christian. It got so bad to the point that my Repair Dispatch Manager was about to go down to speak to a manager face to face regarding this issue before cooler head prevailed.

I bought a brand new 2021 Silverado Trail Boss LT with the higher package so it cost more almost 70k. I only drove my truck to work and home which is about 8 miles each way. My check engine light came on and I received a text message saying I had an emissions problem and needed to have the truck serviced within 7 days. Again, this is per the text message. As you can imagine I am extremely upset that my BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE truck has to be serviced within 4 months of owning it. Not satisfied with the product you guys are putting out and scamming people to pay all that money for faulty vehicles. I will be hiring a lawyer and pursue lemon law should the shoe fit. It gets better. I call the service department and explain my situation. I explained the text said I have 7 days to fix my emissions. I was told they were very busy and may not be able to take my truck in for 2 months! That is way more than 7 days. I explained that I shouldn't even be calling to fix my brand new truck to begin with so Its not my fault YOUR vehicles are trash. So I was "penciled" in and was told to bring the truck in at 1030am as a stand by. I was told that would mean that the truck would sit until a service person would look at it. I dropped my truck off at 10am. I was told that I would be called and be informed of the problem and remedy. No other communication was given. It was now 5PM and still NO CALL. So I called the dealership just to be told that the service department was CLOSED. I was livid. I work as a flight attendant and had to fly out the next day. I was NEVER told that my truck would have to stay over night. I am not stupid or incompetent if one of your workers told me this I would have disagreed and opt to pick up my truck instead of leaving it overnight if someone could not look at the truck THAT day! Again, it is NOT my fault I paid all this money and the trucks check engine light is on. I ended up having to get dropped off at the dealership because NO ONE was in the service department to answer my phone call. I spoke with the manager Braven and explained to him all that has happened. We went down to my vehicle and it was locked inside the garage and Braven was unable to get it out. So I had no choice but to gather my work things and leave it. Resulting in a trifecta effect because now I had to find a ride TO and FROM work making other people's schedule a bit harder. It gets better. The next day I get a call from service and the person I talked to had a rude tone of voice with me. I thought I was the customer? I was told that she "assumed" I knew what stand by meant. So she didn't think to call me to let me know the truck would stay over night. That is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. To "assume" that the customer knows all things. I told her that I don't work there and am a customer and I am not aware of the terms of stand by other than someone will get to it when they get to it. I was never told it would stay overnight or possibly stay overnight for many nights. Which honestly is a crappy service. If someones NEW truck is failing it should take precedence! Everyone is so NICE when you walk in to buy, but terrible service after purchase. If I knew this I would have NOT done business here at JN. She then told me the first person I spoke to should have informed me about the fine print of stand by terms. But I did not receive such information. Again, If I knew this info I would have NOT agreed and would have requested to speak to a manager immediately. I was then told that my check engine light magically disappeared and that they refuse to look at it unless the light was on. So, lets sum it up shall we? I spent alot of money for a 2021 to fail within 4 months. Told to have it fixed in 7 days. Got "penciled" in and then screwed over. Then was told they wont even look at the truck. Resulting in me wasting ALL my time. I wish I could return the truck get back my 10k down payment and do business else where. One thing is for sure. This is the LAST business I will ever do with this company and will be sure to dissuade ALL of my people to also not do business here either. Very unprofessional and ill trained staff.

Aloha, As with all my services done at JN, Michael Kimoto (Mikey) always stayed in touch from beginning to the end of my service that was being done. He always asked if I had any questions or concerns and always made servicing go as smoothly as possible. I really appreciate his hardworking and dedicated customer service that he provides with the highest level of excellency. Job well done to Mikey and all the service team members behind the scenes. First, kudos to my service writer "Mikey". He did his best to see to my needs and resolve the issue with my car. But I knew that he was limited in his authority to resolve the issue with my car sooner. If you feel that what I think about this experience is important, then I would like to speak with someone that can possibly make a difference. Originally not able to assist with redeeming voucher, went from parts to service to parts and back to service. In the end, Chris able to assist by signing on as me. They were all very courteous, however was not trained in how to assist a customer to easily find/print voucher.
