Michael is great. However this is my 3rd time bringing the car in to fix my radio and the techs cannot seem to find the problem. I have taken multiple videos of the issue occurring but on the days I bring the vehicle in the system seems to work. It’s pretty frustrating that the team has spent hours but can’t find what’s wrong. I will drive the vehicle right in the next time the problem occurs.
Michael has been amazing to work with. He worked meticulously to check on the coverage options the car qualified for and he went the extra mile to ensure we were able to get the car back fixed and ready to go by a deadline. Additionally, he went out of his way to get us a loaner car since our only vehicle was in the shop. Thanks, Michael!
I wish that I was kept up to date about my car. They had my Range Rover for 2 1/2 months and I had to keep calling them to see if it was ready.
And the end I had to talk to the manager of the service department to get answers and finall after 3 weeks of waiting a loaner car.
In the end though finally Michael Choy got his act together and got back to me and took car of the bill & car at a price that I thought was decent!!

Landrover sold 50 “Trek” discoverys. Modified with collaboration from Lucky 8. I would like the dealership here to be able to work with these mods. (Hidden winch, bull bar..etc). These modified discoveries were sold at their respective dealerships. Thank u!

I arranged to drop my car for nine days that I was away on a trip so they can repair an electrical/computer type problem. I don’t believe any work was done for the first week and when I was getting back they just started to look for the problem. The car was in the shop three weeks for something that should’ve been corrected in the first week
