The oil fill cap was not replaced after my oil was changed. Within 24 hours, the oil had spewed out causing me to have to get another service elsewhere due to being out of town.

The sales person who took my key and said he would get my car to service for a new windshield never did it. He left my key on his desk for whatever reason making me miss my 10:00 appt. No one ever knew my car was there. When I called to see if it was ready for pick up, they told me I missed my appt and it would be another week. I could not believe this happened. I was there on time for my appt and had no idea they thought I was a no show. Why didn't someone call me to see where I was. The salesperson and the service dept both had my number. This could have been avoided.

Appointment made for 1 pm...2 cars came in after me ...they took those back to work on...3rd car came and they were taking it back and this is at 2 pm...I went inside to ask what was going on....I have never sat for 1 1/2 hours to get oil changed...it was ridiculous ....but they finally took my car back

As a customer, I’ve trusted you with my Toyota Avalon shortly after I purchased it. I feel betrayed and disrespected by your lack of honesty and compassion for me as a loyal customer. I understand that mistakes are made but to place the blame on me, and to be rude to my husband concerning the situation, was definitely unwarranted!!! As the record shows, I’ve trusted you with my vehicle and safety. I’m disappointed with your reaction and hope to soon find a company/business that values their customers and their customer’s safety above all!
