The survey question “where you completely satisfied with your experience of our services?”, to me, it’s subjective because there is no other alternative options besides yes or no. A client is either forced to take “Yes” or “No” which leaves no room for improvement in my view. I Would suggest that you rephrase the question; for example, how satisfied were you about our services. 1. Completely Satisfied ; 2. Satisfied; 3. Somewhat satisfied;… in such order. I’m making this suggestion from an instructional design background.
