I have spent a lot of money with different Toyota dealers throughout the US. This was the worst customer service I have experienced. I will not be using Doc's Toyota again. Thank you
I got an email telling me that I would get a free car wash for getting my car serviced. The offer was supposed to be good until May 3. The one who was supposed to wash cars was sent somewher else.
I arrived without an appointment, they got my car in right away, and I was finished and gone in less than an hour. I was very pleased.

The young lady was extremely helpful. Service was prompt and I was out less than 30 minutes.
Very friendly young lady at the desk. Explained everything that was done and what needed to be done next time. Man who brought my car around opened the car door for me when I got in to drive off. Nice people.
