Not at all happy that my car smelled like someone literally sat in it and smoked a cigarette. When the car was finished, the driver side window was down, and it was up when I pulled in. Either someone was smoking in the car or standing next to an open window smoking. It was entirely too strong of an odor for it to be just somebody's clothes. This is the first brand new car I've ever purchased for myself (less than 5K miles) and this is the first time I've taken it in for any sort of maintenance. Not sure why smoking is permitted on the clock.

When communicating with a customer the language should be clear and specific. The service rep used the words "in good hands". This does not tell me wether my car has arrived or not.

I have never wanted to come back to Jake **** Kia in Florence because it was a horrible buying experience so I was hesitant to schedule service on my car there. Lindsey was great and he is the only reason that I would come back there. He restored my faith in that place. I will definitely be requesting Lindsey for future needs.
