Stop charging ridiculous amounts for simple services. Customers pay enough for the car already.

This was a very positive experience. Josh is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of my 2015 Lexus NX 200t f sport. I especially appreciated his help in choosing the correct replacement tires for this vehicle. My wife and I are very satisfied with the smoothness of the new ride. Also, Josh went out of his way to touch up a couple of small scratches on the hood before we left the dealership. Thanks to everyone involved for the excellent service.
