Mark was super helpful today. He demonstrated great customer service and was friendly. He knew that as a teacher, I wouldn’t be able to answer the phone throughout the day. Instead, he offered to text me with updates on my car. I definitely appreciate this small gesture and am extremely satisfied with his service today!

Brian was very professional, kind, and answered all my questions. I was surprised in how much work all needs to be done on my car, and Brian was great at describing all the details and that he would contact me when the part comes in. Brian is an excellent employee working for Metro Honda.

Everything was good, was first one in line and got out of there in under 30 min. My only issue with service is that appointments don't mean anything to you guys. Say I have a 7am appt but 10 walk ins show up and get in line before 7am you take them first and my appointment doesn't mean anything to you guys. So tell me what the actual point is of making an appt because you guys don't honor them
