Overall my experience with Metro Honda was on point. I had the pleasure to work with Jim Boyd from day 1. He was professional, knowledgeable and just honest with everything that needed to be done and what I should’ve done prior to my car becoming a mess, and I appreciate that. Yes, there was a misdiagnosis which kept me without my car longer than I should’ve been but I’m glad he was very detailed and determined to make sure everything was taken care of before I drove away. Jim and his team definitely deserve 2 thumbs up.
