I took car in for diagnosis of squeaky brakes and trimming loose. When I went to service advisor he only explained that if trimming was replaced it could get worse. Which makes no sense. Also never said findings of brake noise. Dealership was closing early due to Christmas Party so rushed out. Not happy with service and I pay for maintenance package also got my oil changed and I had a 6 on my service indicator he said SA informed me that was differential fluid but the 6 is still showing on indicator. Would like service Manager to give me a call.
Mr. Granados demonstrated a sense of ethics and professionalism from beginning to end. As upset as I was over an issue with my vehicle troubles at a mileage that didn’t warrant such circumstances, Mr. Granados was knowledgeable and empathetic. This resolve helped calm my distress as I drove home with my vehicle back to its good running condition. High marks for Mr. Granados! THANK YOU!!
I really don’t make these types of comments, but I had a bad experience today one they added a service that I didn’t authorize two my tires weren’t rotated when my order said it was done the other was that my vehicle was dirty with oil on the hood, side door and entrance of my door. I had to go back to have all that fixed. It was an inconvenience for me to go back I’m very disappointed on the service I received.

I have been in for the same issue 3 times... I spent $300 or so today trying to fix that problem again... I still have the same issue I still have the same noise coming from the Front left side of the vehicle.... If I should even bring it back to you or not because I can't trust that you're gonna fix my car... Seems like I just keep spending money and the same problem persists.
