I was left sitting outside waiting for my car. Went inside to ask what was taking so long and they said they couldn't find my key.Why wasn't I told that rather than being left outside waiting without an update. The 2 issues the car was taken in for were NOT fixed. Was told by Gus that parts will be ordered and James will contact me?? This whole experience has been a waste of my time!!

My appt was at 12:15, and although I arrived early, at 12:10, i was not checked in until 12:35. 20 minutes may not seem like a long time, but when you’re on break from work, that money coming out of my pocket. I was also told my car would be ready in about an hour and a half, max.
I paid for my own ride back to the dealer after being dropped off by the shuttle because I was told I would get the shuttle sent when I was notified mg car would be done. Well, it hit 1:30 and I had not received a single phone call, text, nothing - that’s already an hour and 15 minutes. I head over, and I sit down, thinking I will get my car back soon. Nope, nothing. 1:45 I decided to look for Israel, the person who helped me. Well, he was on lunch. That’s when I saw my car parked and ready, and no one was ready to assist in Israel absence. After nearly waiting 2 hours for a simple oil change, I asked someone for an update. They let me know Israel was okay lunch. I had to ask if I could get my car because I needed to go back to work. My car was processed, payment was made, and was told my car would be driven up for me. Nope, the associate was handing my keys off to someone else. I drove my own car out.
This was terrible customer service, extreme lack of organization, and ineffective leadership to delegate work gets completed when people are on lunch. Who knows how long I would have waited there - most likely until Isrrael for back from lunch, to get my car back.
The best part of this whole experience was my shuttle drive. Who was nice, friendly, and a great driver. I would not recommend this location for a service, and I am considering no longer going there for my follow up car appointments any longer.
