I waited almost an entire day, after I took my car in, and still haven’t heard from the service department, so I had to call them. They needed to keep it another day to test the alarm. When the service advisor called, I had to have him slow down and explain to someone who is not an expert in car mechanics what the issue was. It sounded like he wanted me to buy a $300 shock alarm to replace the one that was on the car. I asked him to slowly explain the difference between the two alarms… I did not even know that I had a second one. Because it’s a 2011, I opted not to pay for a $300 shock alarm. I think if I had just said yes to what he was saying it would’ve cost me an unnecessary $300. I think the service advisors need to slow down and explain things to those of us that are not experts. And a very small point is that the cars are no longer washed.

Shuttle service took 1hr and 20 mins for a pick up. There was no communication. Left voice messages for Mr.Grey no response.Had to wait 10 mins to pay bill,mgr could not find invoice. There were black oil smudges on steering wheel, which got on my clothing. Will take my car to another dealer. Very poor service.
