Everything went great except I have the vehicle inspection checklist from another vehicle with someone else’s information. This means someone has all of my information too. That doesn’t sit well with me. I called and left my name and number but I was never called back. Also, I was told there is no way to turn off the auto-idle feature and I randomly found a button that turns it off. I was mis-informed.
Your receptionist named Gomez is downright hostile and offensive.
I hope not to see her again.

She was awesome. Responsive, honest and happy with the service I received. No pressure to add 'extra' things to get done. Will request to work with her for myself and husband in our next services. Also happy with mechanic. He actually knew what was wrong with my car. I had brought it in 6 mths ago and no work was done but waited 2 hrs. Pleased with the service from the advisor and mechanic. Also was greeted by an older gentleman as I arrived and didn't have to wait. Improved and better service.

Diana was great but we took our car up LAST MONTH for the breaks in the front driver side to be checked we got no information on that and instead they repaired the rear breaks and did not explain that to us. Now they are finding a leak in the strut and recommend replacing both when TWO months ago a leak had been found to only one strut with no recommendation to repair/replace both at that time. I feel like a lot of time could have been saved.
I have always had a positive experience. Everyone is very helpful and willing to go above and beyond for the customer.
Pricey, but car fixed and I feel comfortable in driving it.
Explained everything clearly. Was not pushy with other necessary recommendations.
