I felt like the team lied about problems with my car to get me to test drive the newest model MDX. Thankfully someone waived the diagnostic fee after three days of chasing down an update. What a dirty sales tactic.

This is the second time I have an issue servicing my car at Metro Acura. We understand things happen, but being careless with someone's vehicle or belongings is not acceptable. Upon picking our vehicle up from Metro, we realized our Key Fob was ripped. A simple apology and heads up would've been nice , but instead we are sent home with a ripped Key Fob. The service team at Metro Acura is careless. All employees need proper training.

Who is Diana? I worked directly with the service technician and with Eric who made sure i had the loaner which I needed. Thanks. This time it really is fixed all the way. The scary sound is gone completely.

I took in my car for the same reason again and they said your car is fine And I know my car is not fine they need to fire there mechanic and their service people this is the worst dealership I ever been to in my entire life #BoycottMetroAcuraAMontclairCalifornia
