Fernando Alcaraz was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done with my car. He goes the extra mile to let me what was going on with my car.

Arrived 20 mins early, approx 10:10am was greeted and checked in promptly. Advisor said it would take a few hrs but would get back to me after car was checked in-but he never followed up. 3 hrs later another advisor told me my oil change was completed and that the rear brakes that was suppose to be done was not in stocked at 12:45pm. I realized I was the last person to be helped because everyone else that was they was already helped. Disappointed that I have to come back and wasnt consulted within the first 30 mins and that oil change took 3 hours. My car is 17 yrs and I could get it serviced at a cheaper shop but I’m loyal to having my car performed by an Acura dealer hence why I’ve had the car so long but service definitely lacked this time and I’ve been to metro Acura the last 5 yrs. Oil change by mechanic was great.
