It was very horrible experience! I drove for a long distance to get to your dealership. Just because your agent contacted me that my spare key is there and need to program it. I bought my car last april 2, and i dont have the spare key. So the agent de angelo said he will order it. So finally he texted me and said it is available. And i brought my car to the service area. I waited for an hour. Just to tell me it is a miscommunication? Why did he not check before he text me to come at the service center? I was so disgusted and i want an explanation of all of this. You wasted my time money and gas for nothing. Very unprofessional service. And ive been with acura ffor years and thai experience made me think twice regarding future transaction.
