I was very confused as to what my car needed serviced for when my timing belt was leaking. Fernando was very patient and explained in detail what my car needed. He took the time to google photos just so I can have a better understanding of the repairs. He even went above and beyond and spoke to my significant other so that he can also be aware of the issues. I felt comfortable with Fernando’s expertise. I appreciate his help and understanding.

Dropped off vehicle at 8 am & wasn’t notified of its status until 3pm. As an AHM associate, I felt the communication could have been better. Rep indicated that he sent me a text but I never received it.
