Hello, Only one constructive comment: I scheduled the service appointment in person a few days before, as I was in the area. I spoke to someone who presented themselves as a service advisor and gave them all the information relative to what a wanted accomplished at the appointment. The person said they would 'take care of it'. I left. When I came for my appointment. There was no record of anything I had said earlier regarding what I wanted done. Frustrating. To Frenando's great credit, he very professionally put up with my frustration and recorded everything I wished accomplished. The car was taken care of perfectly. Fernando personally ensured everything was in perfect order. I thank him immensely. Respectfully, William U

Acura needs to get EV’s. They are far behind other car manufacturers. I will be buying in 2023.
