Tony is the best service advisor I’ve ever meet. He explains what is going on with the car to the T. What needs to be done and doesn’t give you the run around. At a dealership this is huge.

Despite my appointment I waited a full hour before my car was put on the lift inspected and declared to be fine and not in need of the recall. Other than the weight the service seemed fine

Lisa’s service was great but 2 things: 1) my apple car play is still not working 2) I was told I can get a shuttle to get back to my car and when I called they said there is no shuttle anymore today, I was not informed of that and my husband had to leave work to pick me up and bring me to the ho da dealership and that was very upsetting.
