Lisa did a great job as usual. She greeted me as I drove into the drop off and listened to what I wanted done on my car. It was ready in a timely manner and explained the new procedure for the paperwork. My car was waiting for me at the cashier's door. However, the oil counter was not reset which also happens when my tire rotation is done. I have learned how to recalibrate the tire pressure alarm but now I will have to learn how to reset the oil counter. No paperwork for the service completed or the inspection that was done. No happy with the new process.

I just had to take my car to the shop after. full diagnostic was done. Also I’ve brought the issue about the sound i’ve heard since the early stages of me having the car. The tech in Hillsadw states I had a bad wheel bearing which was the issue. I was told i needed new tires. I’m not satisfied because I don’t see where the tech did a thorough job.
