Lisa always goes above and beyond when I need to bring my car in for service. She gets me in same day and provides a loner. She knows the history of my car from week 1. There has been many, many issues with my car and she’s someone I can rely on from Honda Universe.

I live in St Louis, but frequently visit Lakewood and have gave our two Hondas (Accord and Odyssey) serviced there many times over the past 5 years. While the services that I have done are completed satisfactorily, I always leave Honda Universe with the sense that our business is taken for granted. After paying my $760 bill on my last visit, I don’t receive as much as a Thank you for my patronage or loyalty. It’s always been this way. It’s not the type of relationship we’re used to having with the Honda dealers we’ve done business with. We pay top dollar for dealer service for our older Hondas rather than using aftermarket providers. I’m starting to wonder why.
