First of all, thanks for asking! Jessica & the Honda Universe staff were VERY helpful & friendly. They honored my Holiday Oil Change $10 discount coupon on my B1 Service & I couldn't be happier about that! They even installed the two new wipers that I had bought at another store, at no extra charge. Thank you so much!
The only reasons I started that I was not happy was
1. No one came to tell me (g noone texted me) about the progress on my vehicle...I waited in the lounge for 1½hrs... eventually I went to the service dept to find out about my car. 2. The place was not as clean as I was expecting... looked like the black runner carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a week & the floor had not been swept. 3. After my service was completed & I paid, they just gave me directions to the service dept exit door, they didn't even tell me where my car was parked in the (large) lot, so I searched, in the dark, to no avail, and went back inside & asked a staff member to please point me in the general direction of where they parked my car. The rep asked for my keyfob & clicked the unlock button to find my car when the car's lighted flashed in the dark. They could've done me a kindness by walking outside with me for a little way & showing me where my car was parked, right?
In conclusion, you did alot of things very well... 80% of them, in fact, but it's the little touches that make for an outstanding customer experience... so I'll give your place another chance next time I take my Honda in for service... I'm sure I'll be 100% happy next time!

Patrick was very professional and nice he gave good customer service. I am not sure who writes the bill up but I could not bring my Honda in to have the new wheel put on as originally planned because my donut was now flat so instead I had my daughter drive me to pick up the new tire and bring it home for someone back home to replace the flat donut with this new tire and was charged 40.00 in labor for mount and balance of the new tire which did not take place. I’m not sure who I should have spoken to to have this fee removed. Instead I noticed I paid for it when I got home. Marie B
