Hi, don't want to start trouble, made it clear was on my lunch break for oil change, after 40-45 min finally done, also bought the car last year with new tires now the tech states my rear tires are dry rotted there is 14k on the tires this doesn't make sense, otherwise ok.
Lisa took the time to get me in for a last minute appointment. She was so friendly from the time I got there until my vehicle was done. I was very happy with my visit and would highly recommend her and Honda

Jessica was terrific. Experience was not as expected because I brought my 2017 Honda Civic with 85,000 in to service air conditioner that was blowing hot air. Let me also note that due to Covid I did not commute into work and car does not have the additional mileage/wear and tear that it would normally have. Jessica explained that the recent ac extended warranty coverage did not apply to issues with my ac. she advised me that repair would cost $2000 to repair. My car is almost paid off and really had no choice but to repair. When I went to pick up my car the air conditioner was still blowing hot air. Spoke to another person before leaving and brought and had l get car ready serviced the following day. Issue is now fixed and car was filled with complimentary tank of gas. My frustration also is this I had such a costly repair for a Car that only has 85,000 miles and almost 5 years old. We have purchased Honda’s for years, kids have Honda’s and would really rethink purchasing again due to basic car functions that are not sustainable.

I came in for an oil change. When I arrived I was the only one there. It took an hour and a half to just change the oil. I was told the front tires were bad so they were not even rotated. In my opinion that is to long a wait for that service.
