First thing was the service took two hours and I stayed and waited. If it would have been that long I would have left and came back. Next they wouldn’t let me use my coupon because I didn’t tell the person in the beginning that I had one. Then lastly they didn’t fill the car with windshield whipper fluid after paying $80 for an oil change. I am a loyal Honda customer as this if my third lease of the same car.
