Alex was great. However, the car is still not fixed. A part was ordered and placed in the car but did not correct the problem.
Alex was honest and helpful. He was knowledgeable and explained all of the mechanics findings to me. He went above and beyond and I will be asking for him the next time I come in for service. He is an asset to your team and deserves recognition for his efforts.
Overall a good experience. Wait times could have been better but still satisfactory.

This was a horrible experience.. this dealership would not honor the warranty nor the parts recall to fix the problem.. furthermore, there was no clear and valid explanation. I was totally disappointed and frustrated with my experience.
Seamless process. I didn’t expect everything would be done at dealership. Everyone is accommodating and kind. AAA jumpstarted the car the following day and I drove to the dealership to have a new battery installed. Maybe check on battery’s overall health prior to customer driving off the lot. All in all, excellent service, positive environment and liveliest team of individuals.
