At first I was not happy! I bought tires from you (Michelin) and it supposedly had a 90,000 mile suggestion and I hadn’t traveled that much with covid—he said I was in the red zone—the tires did not look bald so I thought he was wrong well I went to Costco this morning and he was right—I did indeed buy new tires from Costco but I should’ve believed him—the tires were cheaper at Costco though but I did have a better feeling about the service writer!

The service rep Jonathan try to blame me for the defective part what they put in and I went back he told me everything is ok. The other manager came over and took care of it. Horrible service.
