I was taken in on short notice and my service was completed within two hours, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to Jessus, I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. A service manager like him is a great asset to the company. A friendly greeting by Brian at the time of arrival. He explained the details of service to be performed, provided a loaner vehicle to avoid any disruption in my day. I received text communication while the car was being serviced and at the time my vehicle was ready for pickup. Brian made sure my vehicle was washed and ready at the time I arrived for pickup. The experience exceeded my expectations.
