Copy of service report with details not provided I had to call and get a copy. Car wash did not clean a lot of the exterior of the car. Service advisor did not inform that front license plate is loose and offered no solution to fix it. in additon others tried to sell tires when not really needed. No snacks available. This is not the standard of service and experience of a luxury car dealership that I was expecting.
