Brian did an excellent job with servicing my zdx for minor window noise issue. He also kept me updated throughout the day on the progress of the repairs, and sent a confirmation message when the vehicle was ready. Upon requesting, he also washed my car and charged it for me. Thank you Brian.

I took my car in for a B1 service and additional repairs. The B1 service was not completed and only the “paid for” work was done. I had to leave my vehicle with no service loaner available (again) then called 15 minutes prior to close to be told the vehicle was ready for pickup. Very disappointed. It seems the service department service level is progressively lowering the level of service
