Good afternoon. Brian Tritz is a great service oriented person! Weir Canyon Acura is very lucky to have someone who goes far and above the customer service for us clients. I’m very disappointed in finding out that my CD player is broken and my warranty does not cover! I was told everything was covered when I bought in March 2025. Now I’m having other electrical issues all though I was given a clean report aside from the CD player. I’m coming tomorrow to have Brian Tritz help me again! Gregory & Albertina B

Im dissatisfied with recent services. Two services ago was around 30k service. I dont know why transmission service was not performed or suggested as per Acura maintenance schedule. Additionally, my last service, I asked for a tire rotation. When I got my car back, I noticed they were not rotated. A credit was applied to my most recent service. Also, I noticed my email was changed to Ive never had a yahoo account. Im interested to know why my email was altered. Since seeing this error, my email has been corrected. Is Weir Canyon Acura a reliable place to get my car serviced. These recent interactions have me thinking I should get serviced elsewhere. LD
